A radiant aura and yet, an impalpable softness. This elegant floral-musky-woody fragrance was conceived by Creative Director Julien Sprecher as a unique play on codes, materials and subtle contrasts. An evocation of the skin caressed by a veil of cotton. Fresh top notes as bergamot, mandarin and sweet white peach, lead to a blend of white flowers, settling on musk and ambrofix sensual base notes.

Valaya is the result of a close collaboration between Julien Sprecher and the French perfumer Quentin Bisch.

Valaya begins with a burst of abstract freshness. There is something vibrant but hard to define about its overall impression — it feels like the untranslatable aura of effortless luxury. Picture an open window overlooking an impossibly elegant shopping street in Paris. Picture a strand of pearls, or tiny glinting diamonds set in white gold. As the fragrance evolves, the odd bit of joyful ornamentation emerges from all that purity — a flutter of clean, intoxicating lily of the valley; some glass-like dew on a sugarless peach. Like a wisp of tweed on the raw hem of a Chanel jacket, or a charm dangling from a Dior bag, each precise facet of the fragrance reflects the refinement of the whole. We may not know what goes on in the private rooms of the world’s elite, but at least now we know what they smell like.
