Return Policy
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), we accept exchanged within 14 days of purchase, items that have been purchased on our site and/or in store are eligible for an exchange for store credit. Must be accompanied with a receipt/gift receipt or able to be pulled up on your profile.
Holiday Exchange Policy:
Products accompanied with proof of purchase may be exchanged until January 13th, 2025.
We do not offer refunds.

- Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
- Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong color, defective item, etc.)
- Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)!
- Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
- You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
