This oil-free and water-free formula is ideal for removal of eye and face makeup, from daily wear to waterproof makeup. Developed and tested for sensitive skin and eyes, this makeup remover is packed with Vitamin E leaving skin feeling soft and hydrated. Fragrance-free. Non comedogenic. Cruelty-free. Paraben-free. Available in two sizes. 

INGREDIENTS:
CYCLOPENTASILOXANE, CAPRYLYL METHICONE, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE.

Close eyes and spray 4-6 inches from targeted area. Makeup will being to dissolve within 3-5 seconds. Gently massage and wipe. May also spray onto cotton pads and swabs for area specific removal along lash line and lips.
