Immediately before tinting, mix equal amounts of the Set x Tint Lotion with your desired RefectoCil colour - an oxidant liquid is NOT required. Apply the mixture onto the lashes immediately, from base to tip. Ensure that the mixture does not dry out during processing, as will stop processing. You may place a piece of plastic wrap on top to prevent it from drying out.
