Rich in actives to lift, firm, and sculpt, Jeffree Star Skin Morning Dew Hydrating Eye Cream is a luxurious eye cream infused with vitamin C, caffeine, and red algae. The creamy formula melts in to help brighten dark circles and reduce puffiness around the eye area. Includes a custom star applicator to provide a cooling massage as you apply.
