Our unique cleansing balm transitions from a solid emollient balm, into a light makeup dissolving oil. Jojoba Seed Oil helps to lift makeup from the skin, while Aloe Leaf & Sage Leaf extracts provide skin with soothing and calming effect.
- Using our custom magnetic spatula, gently scoop formula from jar onto hands.
- Rub hands together to break down the product into oil phase.
- Massage over entire face, focusing on areas with heavy makeup.
- Rinse with warm water. Blot dry with towel.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items purchased online or in-store are eligible for exchange for store credit only and must be accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt, or be accessible through your customer profile.

Order Errors & Online Cancelations:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at nichebeautyorders@gmail.com within 10 business days of delivery so we can assist you. Unfortunately, requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for order adjustments or exchanges.
If you cancel your order before pickup, you will receive store credit for the full amount. Once an online order has been placed, refunds are not available. Canceled orders will be issued as store credit.
