Lac It!™ I'm A Base is a bonding agent that provides adhesion between the natural nail the Gel Polish.

You might think of it as a “two-sided sticky tape”.  Base Coat is to be applied in a very thin layer.

This will assure the best adhesion possible. 

This product can be cured using a UV, CCFL or LED lamp.

        Shipping labels are printed and processed 1-3 days prior to orders shipping.

              If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), we accept exchanged within 14 days of purchase, items that have been purchased on our site and/or in store are eligible for an exchange for store credit. Must be accompanied with a receipt/gift receipt or able to be pulled up on your profile.
