Pre-shave: cleanse your face and pat dry. Ensure your skin is pulled taut and your razor is angled at 45-degrees, then start shaving downward in short, gentle strokes. Be mindful not to drag it against your skin.

Post-shave: after rinsing thoroughly, cool and tighten your skin post-shaving with the HOT MESS ICE ROLLER. Then apply ICE QUEEN FACE OIL to restore hydration and nourish your skin.

        Shipping labels are printed and processed 1-3 days prior to orders shipping.
          You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
            Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Business Day.

              All holiday purchases made between November 9th and December 24th can be exchanged up until January 14th, 2026.

              If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), we accept exchanged within 14 days of purchase, items that have been purchased on our site and/or in store are eligible for an exchange for store credit. Must be accompanied with a receipt/gift receipt or able to be pulled up on your profile.
