• Position the brush at the base of your lashes & sweep upwards, wiggling brush
from side-to-side as you coat.
• Add additional layers until desired length, lift & separation is achieved.
• Pro Tip: Use the dome-shaped bristles at the tip to precisely coat each individual
lash & add extra volume.

Mess-free removal with just warm water!
• Using a cotton pad or your fingers, wet lashes warm water. This will help soften
the mascara for easy removal.
• Gently glide downwards until tubes slide off lashes.

        Shipping labels are printed and processed 1-3 days prior to orders shipping.
          You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.

              Returns & Exchanges Policy

              If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items purchased online or in-store are eligible for exchange for store credit only and must be accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt, or be accessible through your customer profile.

              Please note: we do not offer refunds.

              Order Errors & Online Cancelations:

              If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at nichebeautyorders@gmail.com within 10 business days of delivery so we can assist you. Unfortunately, requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for order adjustments or exchanges.

              If you cancel your order before pickup, you will receive store credit for the full amount. Once an online order has been placed, refunds are not available. Canceled orders will be issued as store credit.

              Final Sale Items:

              • Any items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
