All holiday purchases made between November 9th and December 24th can be exchanged up until January 14th, 2026.
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
All holiday sets and seasonal items are final sale.

Hair accessories, hair tools, pillowcases, hair towels, nail polish, nail care accessories, body mist, deodorant, floss, hand sanitizer, perfumes, and all false eyelashes.
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), we accept exchanged within 14 days of purchase, items that have been purchased on our site and/or in store are eligible for an exchange for store credit. Must be accompanied with a receipt/gift receipt or able to be pulled up on your profile.

- Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
- Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong color, defective item, etc.)
- Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)!
- Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
- You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
