To apply HALEYS RE:FINE Prime skin primer included in the Introductory Set, simply distribute a thin layer of face primer to your skin using your hands or a sponge. Then, gently blend into the skin until absorbed. RE:FINE Prime face primer should be applied after moisturizer and before your foundation.

 

For best results when using HALEYS RE:SET Liquid Matte Foundation included in the Introductory Set, use a sponge during application. Distribute matte foundation evenly across skin, building to full coverage by layering as needed. Blend until smooth, even texture is achieved.
